A one-day training seminar of METHODS OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF INNOVATION POLICY OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA was held on February 5, 2018, in the premises of the Croatian Chamber of Economy with the aim of meeting the challenges and possibilities of monitoring and evaluating the innovation policy of the Republic of Croatia. The training seminar was attended by representatives and stakeholders of the national innovation system, and the lecturers were internationally accredited experts Andrea Filippetti, Ph.D and Claudio Cozza, Ph.D.
The training seminar covered the following topics: (1) Introduction: monitoring and evaluation of policies, systems, and measures of research, development, and innovation; (2) Methodology for monitoring macroeconomic and macro-level innovation policies; (3) Methodology for monitoring innovation policy at the micro and mezo level; and (4) Proposed methodology for monitoring and evaluating the innovation policy of the Republic of Croatia.
In addition to processing the topics discussed, the training seminar has enabled networking, exchange of experiences and encouragement of mutual cooperation between the stakeholders of the national innovation system.
